Elite Group Training and IQ-Fit Classes are 1-hour total body workouts focused on functional exercises that target your core strength—tailored to all ages and fitness levels.

These classes are done in a group setting and are led by a professional trainer who gives personalized attention as needed throughout the class, scaling exercises to meet individual needs as appropriate.

Each class is structured to get the very most out of the hour and are programmed to help each individual’s progress through each phase. “Phases” last 4–6 weeks and include nutritional guidance, fitness challenges, motivation, and accountability.

Elite Group Training & IQ-Fit (60-minute sessions):

 

  • Unlimited $190/mo
  • 4x/wk (16 sessions/mo) $170/mo
  • 3x/wk (12 sessions/mo) $150/mo
  • 2x/wk (8 sessions/mo) $125/mo

 

QuickFit is a separate, 30-minute, high-intensity class for those who want to get in an extra workout. QuickFit can also be used to make up a missed Elite or IQ-Fit class.

QuickFit (30-minute sessions):

  • 2x/wk (8 sessions/mo) $79/mo

Small groups consist of “up to” 5 people. These groups provide a more individualized workout than is available in our Elite Groups and IQ-Fit classes—helping you reach your goals faster and in a more private setting.

You’ll have increased freedom in directing your workouts, and have the opportunity to do more technical/advanced exercises under the supervision of a professional trainer.

This is a great option for families and friends who want to workout together, and for those who have specialized needs/goals. Clients often chose small group training for a few months and then transition to Elite Groups and IQ-Fit classes.

During the first session, you’ll take a Fitness & Goal Assessment to help build a program designed for your needs. Your trainer will also be able to take body measurements during sessions and help you set goals.

Meet Our Trainers:

Steven Hill, Head Trainer

Steven Hill is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. He also has a bachelorā€™s degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University. Steven currently trains many of our Elite Group, IQ-Fit, and QuickFit classes. He also trains small groups and one-on-one clients.

Steven grew up in Florida and lived there until he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Growing up, he always participated in different sports and activities including football, soccer, swimming, wakeboarding, surfing and weightlifting. In high school he lettered three years in football, four years in competitive weightlifting, and one year on a top-ranked soccer team.

Steven has worked as a Personal Training Manager at 24-Hour Fitness, Goldā€™s Gym, and VASA Fitness. He also worked as the Fitness Manager at Jet.com before joining our team here at Elevate Fitness & Rehab.

Steven has a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves. HeĀ knows the fitness world and he loves learning. Steven has always felt like the more he learns, the more he can be of service to his clients.Ā He understands that client needs are personal, and he caters to those needs to help people change their lives and live happier and healthier.


Patrick Hansen

Patrick Hansen is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He currently coaches some of the Elite Group classes as well as doing one-on-one training.

Patrick is currently attending Brigham Young University in Provo to earn his BA in Nutritional Science. He grew up in Idaho and during his childhood and teen years participated in many different organized sports including football and basketball—as well as “extreme sports” such as snowmobiling and mountain biking! Throughout high school, Patrick began taking interest in nutrition and weightlifting programs—and, was fascinated by the benefits of both.

Patrick firmly believes that everyone has great physical potential that can be achieved through proper nutrition and training programs. He is absolutely committed to helping anyone willing to achieve this potential. Patrick firmly believes in the mantra of “improving 1% every day” and is committed to helping his clients become better every day.

In Patrick’s words, “I believe that everyone’s 1% is different—and because of this, catering to the needs of each individual client to help them change, and live happier, healthier lives is extremely fulfilling for me.”
