Shelby Johnson, Head Trainer
Shelby Johnson is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. She trains fitness classes, small groups and one-on-one clients—specializing in strength and conditioning for athletes.
Shelby grew up in Parker, Colorado and moved to Provo to attend BYU. She received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Wellness with a minor in Business. Shelby has participated in sports her whole life and enjoys being outdoors. She excelled at lacrosse and was team captain of the BYU Women’s Lacrosse team for two years.

She’s determined to help others—both athletes and non-athletes—understand their bodies and love them. Shelby is continually pushing herself to learn more and find new ways to inspire and motivate her clients, and she knows that individual client need’s are always very personal.
