2023 TRANSFORM PARTNER CHALLENGE REGISTRATION

2022 is about over and that means our annual Transform Challenge is just around the corner! Participants will enjoy 8 weeks full access to the gym, unlimited Elite Group Training, IQFit and QuickFit classes, and an extra class designed specifically for challenge participants, every Saturday morning. Participants have the choice to compete with a partner or on their own.

Program also includes:

• monthly meal plans based off challenge goals

• weekly health handouts 

• weekly questionnaires to help keep you accountable and on track

• incredible weekly prizes from Marvelous Catering, Hale Center Theater, Rocky Autos, Fire Science Nutrition, Molly's Restaurant and much more!!

• 3 weigh-ins on the InBody 570 Body Composition Scale (beginning, middle and end)

• a sweet t-shirt

• AND the chance to win the grand prizes valued over $1,500. 

Pricing: (price is for the full 8 weeks)

• only Elevate members who are currently paying for Elite Group Training, IQ Fit, Small Group Personal Training, Private One-on-One Training or nutrition clients on a contract are eligible for the member pricing. 

• *Unlimited Elite group, Small group private or private memberships: $100 

• *Nutrition and Limited Elite Group memberships : $150

• *All others will need to register at the $425 "New Member Price." These prices are the total amount due for the full 8-week challenge.

• Current training or nutrition clients will receive $25 OFF for each new client they refer, who sign up for the challenge.
